Return Policy

FROM 7th NOVEMBER 2024:

We accept returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

All returns are issued store credit. Store credit is sent to the email address on the original order and will never expire.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed with their original packaging and tags
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We do not cover the return cost. You are responsible for choosing a reliable and tracked delivery service that will ensure delivery of returned item within 5 days. 
  • We are not liable for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit
  • Once your return has been delivered to our facility, it can take up to 7 business days to process

Any items returned that are not in brand new condition will be discarded and you will not receive your store credit.

Please also note - by placing an order on our site for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding customs charges:

1. Customs Charges: International orders may be subject to import dueties, taxes and other charges imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are responsibility of the customer. 

2. Payment of Customs Charges: It is responsibility of the customer to pay any applicable customs charges upon the items arrival in the destination country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

3. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges: If you refuse to pay the customs charges and the item is returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund. This includes the cost of the item, shipping charges and any additional fees incurred during the return process.

By proceeding with your purchase, you agree to these terms and accept full responsibility for any charges that may apply to your order.
